This policy explains what data ToolVigo (https://toolvigo.com) collects, how tools process your input, and what choices you have. ToolVigo is designed so that most tools never see your data at all.

Client-side tools

Tools labeled as running in your browser process all input using JavaScript on your own device. That text, file or data is never uploaded to ToolVigo's servers. You can confirm this for any tool by checking the "Privacy & Security" section on that tool's page.

Server-side tools

Where a tool genuinely requires server-side processing (for example, certain file conversions in future PDF or image tools), any uploaded file is transmitted over HTTPS, processed, and automatically deleted from our server on a schedule described on that specific tool's page. We do not read, share or sell the content of files you process through server-side tools.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

ToolVigo may use standard analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage, and may display advertising in the future. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Pages on this site may link to third-party websites. ToolVigo is not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
