Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between brightness and contrast?
Brightness shifts all tones lighter or darker. Contrast changes the gap between light and dark areas. Use the Image Contrast Adjuster for that.
Why do bright areas turn pure white?
Adding brightness pushes light pixels past the maximum, so they clip to white and lose detail. Use a smaller value if that happens.
